1. Eligibility for Returns

a. Returnable Items:

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at Enquiry@Fragrancenass.org with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.

b. Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

3. Inspection and Approval of Returns

a. Inspection Process:

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If the item is ineligible for return, we will notify you and return the item to you at your expense.

b. Approval of Returns:
